Course Name: Yoga Beginners

Course Outline:

An introduction to yoga and its practises and techniques i.e.

ASANA - gentle physical yoga movements to improve flexibility and strength.

PRANAYAMA - simple breathing techniques to improve breathing, reduce stress and nurture a feeling of well being.

MEDITATION - an introduction to meditation through deep relaxation which develops awareness, concentration and tranquility.

Students will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion of course.

Please bring a mat or blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing. 

Please avoid food and stimulationg drinks for 2 hours beforehand
