• Introduction and greetings
• The French alphabet
• Days of the week and months
• Things in the classroom
• Describing people (use of adjectives)
• Birthdays
• Numbers 1 to 1000
• Colours
• Family
• House and household tasks
• Pets
• Ordering food/drink
• Asking and giving directions e.g. where is the bank, chemist etc.
• Shopping
• Checking into a hotel
• Grammar: Present tense, asking questions, prepositions and verbs
• Listening comprehensions i.e. everyday conversations with native speakers.

Tutor Biography- Jacqueline has been teaching French for several years at secondary level. She is passionate about French and tries to communicate this to her students. She makes learning French enjoyable and fun and gives plenty of time to her students to practice in class. She also supplements notes with exercises which the students can complete at home.
