Logistics and Distribution 5M2767
Post Brexit: “Those working in the transport sector are likely to be affected by the impact of Brexit in terms of the import and export of goods. In the event of a hard Brexit, additional skills will be required in the areas of customs clearance and documentation. Regardless of Brexit, technological changes and automation of processes will result in a need for enhanced digital skills across all occupations in this field. Many businesses depend on Logistics & Distribution to service both their own internal needs and those of their clients. Logistics & Distribution includes the sourcing, storage and transportation of products. This course provides a foundation in the study of the business systems that link raw materials & products and the processes by which they get to market.
