Course Overview:

An essential course for learning how to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help deal with stress, anxiety, low moods and low self esteem. This course is a practical introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and its application to managing stress. The course will benefit anyone wishing to learn and apply Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to themselves. It may also be of benefit to relevant health professionals (counsellors, psychotherapists, psychiatric nurses etc.) as part of continuing professional development.

Please note that this course is of a practical and experiential nature involving self reflective exercises and practice between classes. 

* A mat will be required for relaxation and mindfulness exercises.
