This Train the Trainer course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to design, deliver and evaluate effective training programmes.

• Training delivery skills and practice
• Review and measure the success of your training

Entry Requirements

Suitable for:

• those wishing to become a Certified Trainer to deliver training for National Training Organisations i.e. ETB’s, Solas or to pursue a training role in Industry.
• Adult Learners who are interested in teaching a skill or designing training for programmes in their workplace or community.

Tutor Biography

Training and Development Specialist with over 20 years teaching experience in Adult and Community Education. As a Business Trainer, Joan delivers training to a broad range of organisations including Public, Private and Voluntary Sector. Joan holds a Higher Diploma in HRM from the University of Limerick and a BA Degree in Management. She is a high-energy training professional with a wealth of multi-business experience. Learners have described her approach as both professional and engaging, coupled with the desire to encourage them to participate with practical and personal contributions.

Note Participants have the option of continuing their professional qualification to gain an Advanced Certificate in Training and Development (6M3327). To complete this award participant must complete a second module: Training Needs Identification and Design.
