those wishing to become a Certified Trainer to deliver training for National Training Organisations i.e. ETB’s, Solas or to pursue a Training Role in Industry.

Participants have the option of continuing their professional qualification in term two to gain an Advanced Certificate in Training and Development (6S3327)

To complete this award participant must complete a second module: Training Needs Identification and Design 6N3325

Tutor Biography 

Training and Development Specialist with over 20 years teaching experience in Adult and Community Education. As a Business Trainer Joan delivers training to a broad range of organisations including Public, Private and Voluntary Sector. Joan holds a Higher Diploma in HRM from the University of Limerick and a BA Degree in Management.
