Testimonial: Gabrielle Murphy

The whole three months of work experience has been great. I really enjoyed performing treatments and seeing the benefits that they had on the client’s lives and the enjoyment that they received from the Friday appointments. I am proud of myself and my achievements during the work experience journey. I have found that I am a lot more comfortable meeting and greeting new people now. I enjoyed the experience of being in a salon environment and really seeing the inner workings of the operation. Undoubtedly, it is a busy and physically demanding profession but it is also very rewarding. I have immensely enjoyed working with my fellow therapists and seeing a hardworking, supportive team of people grow throughout the weeks. This experience has allowed me to become more confident in my abilities as a therapist and my qualities as a person. I’m sad that it is over and I will miss putting on the uniform every week but the time I have spent in Poise Salon has been invaluable.
