This course prepares learners to work in the area of Property Sales and Property Management Services. Administration skills together with a specialisation in Valuation & Estate Agency Practice are central to this course. The course also provides an opportunity to become familiar with the sector prior to considering the Apprenticeship in Auctioneering and Property Services

This is a full-time one-year course and runs from September to May

Progression to Higher Education:

Students who successfully complete the course may gain entry to Third Level Institutes and Colleges through the Higher Education Links Scheme.

Many students progress to Business Studies in GMIT, Arts & Commerce in NUIG and other higher education programmes.

Progression to all GMIT courses apart from Nursing.
