Deciding to enrol in GTI was the best decision I ever made. Before beginning this programme I didn’t know much about law but always had an interest. This course focused on many areas of law such as legal practices and procedures, business law, criminal law, EU law and criminology. This course taught me valuable communication and computer software skills. I made amazing friends during my time in GTI. The work experience gave me a taste of what it is like to work in the legal sector. GTI gave us the opportunity to apply for the Leargas Erasmus + programme. I was fortunate enough to be accepted and spent 3 weeks in South Devon college, UK. I graduated from GTI with a QQI Level 5 in legal studies. I achieved 8/8 distinctions from a lot of studyand help from the lecturers who were always very supportive, motivating and approachable. I am now studying the BCL Law degree in University College Dublin even though I have never completed my leaving certificate. I would like to thank the staff at GTI for helping me achieve my goal.
