This course is the ideal progression for those who have completed a QQI level 5 in Animal Care or who have had previous experience of working in the Animal Care sector.
This course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and the skills to work in a variety of areas within the Animal Health Care sector. Learners will study core areas of Animal Health Care enabling them to work with confidence in a variety of Animal Care settings.

Advanced Certificate in Animal Care students may have the opportunity to apply for a three week Erasmus+ Placement during the academic year (subject to funding through the Lifelong Learning Programme by Léargas).
